As Marketing Chair, I executed communication strategies and events for Live Nation’s Women in Entertainment ERG.
Planning
To help our committee plan WE Nation 2020 events, I developed a survey to send to all women at Live Nation. I then created a recap deck of the survey results and presented it to Live Nation’s VP of Human Resources.
International Women’s Day Event
Our committee focused International Women’s Day around women from our past, present, and future. It only seemed fitting that our guest should be illustrator Monica Ahanonu (illustrator of ICONS: 50 heroines who shaped contemporary culture).
As the marketing chair, I sent out the invite and created the RSVP site. Those who RSVP’d were given the opportunity to purchase the book from local LA bookstore Book Soup for pickup at the event.


To add another element to the event, I created a short quiz to test our attendees’ “herstory” knowledge.
I designed table tents to promote the quiz, adding a QR code for a simpler user flow.
